Job Details
* Location: Tortosa, Tarragona
* Type: Full-time
* Hours: 5 hours weekly, schedule dependent on coverage
* Salary: €253.80 gross/month (14 payments, total €3,553.23 annually)
* Start date: Immediate
Responsibilities
* Assess and analyze the needs and skills of children and adolescents.
* Organize and implement activities as per the individualized and group attention plans.
* Support children in understanding their social and family realities.
* Assist families to foster therapeutic relationships and support adolescents' development.
* Ensure the holistic development of children, addressing physical, biological, cognitive, emotional, social, and educational needs.
* Participate in designing, updating, and monitoring socio-educational care processes and be an active team member.
* Record incidents and participate in the preparation of reports (PEI, ITSE, etc.).
* Manage admissions, record keeping, and case files.
* Lead and evaluate activity programs and workshops related to your field.
* Collaborate with other resources involved in adolescent education for comprehensive care.
* Provide support and accompaniment for social skills development and family relationships.
* Analyze personal, family, and social situations to develop individualized educational intervention projects.
Qualifications
* Academic: CFGS in Social Integration.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in caring for children and youth in residential centers.
* Knowledge: Systemic training, trauma-informed care, legal and administrative frameworks for adolescent care, socio-educational intervention techniques, teamwork, and network collaboration.
* Other Skills: Initiative, creativity, conflict resolution, teamwork, IT skills (Office, email), valid driving license B, willingness to drive the center vehicle, and a clean criminal record for sexual offenses.
