**Mission and responsibilities**:
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Analyst, you will be accountable for:
- Active support with SailPoint integration project.
- Prepare and/or Maintains IAM procedures/flows or any needed documentation.
- Complete all required Risk Assessment documents.
- Proactively working to establish and end-to-end remediation plans (ineffective results on manual controls or improvements).
- Drive the preparation and delivery of training and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with other internal team.
**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Bachelor’s in engineering or related.
- 5 or more years of proven successful experience in IAM-related responsibilities.
- Knowledge on cloud environment (AWS).
- Foundational knowledge of REST integration concepts.
- Foundational knowledge of SSO solutions with various protocols such as SAML, OAtuh and OIDC
- Expert level knowledge of Attribute-based access control (ABAC) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).
- Excellent team player abilities to adapt to various working styles and environments.
- Organized and disciplined working approach tailored to meeting tight deadlines while producing good quality work
- Ability to work independently with external and internal stakeholders/auditors.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
