We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with native French and fluent English to join the Industrial Solutions team located in Terrassa, Barcelona.
This role involves handling customer purchasing orders and developing strong relationships with assigned accounts to support sales growth in France.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication and administrative skills, with previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics preferred.
Main responsibilities include:
* Processing, monitoring, and following up on customer orders
* Providing effective service and administrative support to assigned customers
* Communicating delivery commitments and following up on order activities, alerting customers and sales teams of discrepancies
* Managing invoice creation, corrections, and return activities
* Handling customer inquiries on pricing, lead-times, products, and availability through friendly and efficient communication
* Coordinating internally with sales, logistics, finance, and production departments regarding customer activities
Candidate profile:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
* Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
* Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM is advantageous
* Native French and fluent English language skills
* Flexibility, multitasking ability, time management, and adaptability to change
* Proactive attitude, decision-making skills, and team-oriented mindset
