Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior DBA with expertise in Active-Active On-Site Clusters, fully remote. The Senior DBA will be responsible for overseeing and managing database systems, ensuring their performance and availability, and optimizing their design and operation. Responsibilities include database setup, configuration, troubleshooting, replication, and supporting database architecture to ensure data consistency and reliability. While the work is primarily office-based in Madrid, remote work flexibility is provided for part of the week.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Database Administration and managing systems with high availability
Proficiency in Database Design and optimizing database structures for performance and scalability
Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving database issues effectively
Knowledge of Databases and Replication technologies for maintaining data consistency across systems
Ability to manage Active-Active On-Site Clusters
Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
