Overview Senior Auditor role at Zurich Insurance (ServiZurich). Location: Barcelona, Spain. Job type: Full-time. Recruiter: Alba Marin Sola. This role is part of Zurich Insurance Group and ServiZurich, which provides technological solutions and support to Zurich's local and global business units.
What You Will Do Develop your own knowledge and business awareness and build business relationships
Keep the business safe by delivering relevant local and global audits, working with the Audit Manager to determine the audit scope, risks to be addressed and most appropriate audit techniques (including data analytics)
Take ownership of your audit work, applying professional judgement, documenting, and reporting results in line with Group Audit standards and methodologies
Influence the business by agreeing actions and delivering the final audit report, with support from the Senior Manager or Audit Manager when needed
Contribute to the Group Audit global team by sharing technical knowledge and engaging in our continuous training program
Work alongside experts in various technological domains
Enhance your skills with real-world experience
Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity
What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or professional qualification
3+ years of proven experience in Audit / Risk Management / Compliance, or in first line roles in an insurance-related field
Knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control framework and audit testing
Ability to interact with stakeholders from all seniority levels and build business relationships
Excellent project management skills, ability to organize tasks and deliver on time to high quality standards
Capacity to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment with initiative to manage multiple tasks
Good verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous
Experience in applying data analytics
Great team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
