Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential target markets.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales materials and presentations.
* Manage and update the company's social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
* Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including print, online, and outdoor media.
* Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its services.
* Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management.
* Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
* Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
* Work with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful marketing content.
* Maintain a strong brand image and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the talent management or entertainment industry.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
