Offerings Manager – Palo Alto Networks Professional Services

The Offerings Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end product management of Exclusive Networks’ Palo Alto Networks professional services portfolio on a global scale. The key mandate is to integrate professional services into our distribution sales motion so that they become a natural, value‑added component of every Palo Alto Networks product sale. The role also develops standalone professional services such as consulting, integration, assessment, optimisation and managed services.

Responsibilities

- Sales Transformation: Drive integration of Palo Alto Networks professional services into Exclusive Networks’ distribution sales motion, ensuring offerings are actively sold alongside product sales to maximise attach rates and customer value. Work closely with global and regional sales leadership, vendor managers, and transformation teams to implement systematic initiatives and coordinate with the Global Services Organisation and country sales leaders to align efforts with overall business objectives.
- Global Professional Services Portfolio Management: Own and curate the portfolio of Palo Alto Networks professional services offered worldwide. Introduce new offerings in line with Palo Alto Networks’ product launches or updates, retire or update outdated offerings, and ensure the portfolio meets regional market needs and the vendor’s strategic objectives.
- Vendor Relationship & Program Compliance: Act as the global point of contact for Palo Alto Networks’ professional services program team. Build and maintain a strong partnership with vendor stakeholders, schedule regular business reviews and updates, and ensure full compliance with certification, accreditation, and quality standards. Leverage the vendor relationship to gain early insight into upcoming campaigns, maximise joint opportunities such as co‑marketing, and strengthen the partnership.
- SKU Management and Pricing: Own the global catalog of professional services SKU codes for Palo Alto Networks. Ensure each offering has a unique ERP (NetSuite) SKU with accurate descriptions and pricing. Work with regional teams to set pricing guidelines that balance local market conditions with integral margin targets. Periodically review and reorganise the SKU database to fix inconsistencies or gaps, coordinate with the service catalog team on pricing updates, and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators for the Palo Alto Networks professional services offerings—financial metrics (revenue, gross margin per course, attach rate), operational metrics, and quality metrics. Analyse performance data via dashboards and reports and present insights and action plans in business reviews.

Qualifications

- Industry & Domain Experience: 5+ years in services product management or vendor relationship management in the IT or cybersecurity sector. Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies or training programs is highly advantageous.
- Vendor Program Knowledge: Strong understanding of vendor‑authorized partnership operations.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated strategic thinking about product portfolio—positioning, pricing, new offerings—and strong data‑driven decision making. Proficiency in analyzing sales and operational data (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to inform scheduling, pricing, and performance improvement. Experience setting or contributing to business KPIs/OKRs is a plus.
- Project Management & Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously. Highly organised, capable of managing detailed tasks while maintaining focus on big‑picture timelines and product launch cycles. Familiarity with project management methodologies is beneficial.
- Technical Aptitude: Solid technical aptitude to understand new Palo Alto Networks technologies and use cases, aiding oversight of the operational aspects of the product portfolio.
