As CX & X-Sell Manager, you drive cross-sell and upsell across products and markets to grow revenue and CLV. You’ll design and execute the European roadmap, prioritizing high-propensity segments and aligning with product and risk. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with Marketing, Data and Product, and monitor performance to maximize impact. This role sits at the intersection of growth, customer experience, and regulated financial services, offering broad exposure across countries and products. You’ll help shape Openbank Pay’s expansion while balancing customer outcomes with commercial targets.

• Define and execute the European cross-sell and upsell roadmap
• Identify high-propensity segments and prioritize impactful initiatives
• Align cross-sell initiatives with product availability and risk appetite
• Design and launch targeted cross-sell campaigns across channels (app, web, push, email, merchant touchpoints)
• Partner with Marketing, Data and Product to implement personalized triggers and journeys
• Ensure high-quality execution and performance tracking
• Own KPIs such as cross-sell rate, incremental revenue, CLV uplift and campaign ROI
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization cycles
• Leverage behavioral data and propensity models
• Ensure cross-sell initiatives enhance customer experience and balance retention
Responsabilidades
• +4 years of experience in cross-sell, xpzdshu upsell, growth or lifecycle roles in fintech, banking or ecommerce
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on campaign performance management
• Experience with data segmentation and propensity models
• Solid understanding of credit products and digital customer journeys
• Fluent English
