About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marcom Manager to lead bound4blue’s digital marketing strategy and execution.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, this role is responsible for driving market visibility, strengthening brand reputation, and generating high‑quality leads through scalable and data‑driven initiatives.

This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure bound4blue's digital presence supports commercial growth and reflects our positioning as a technology leader in sustainable shipping.
Responsibilities Digital marcom strategy and execution
* Contribute to the definition, execution, and continuous optimization of bound4blue’s global digital mar strategy, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
* Manage and continuously improve all digital channels, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, and paid media.
* Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
* Support the management of the digital marketing ecosystem, including CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools, agencies, SaaS platforms, and freelancers.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team on lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives.
* Manage and optimize website performance, including UX, content structure, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
Campaign management and activation
* Plan and execute integrated, multi‑channel digital marcom campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals.
* Ensure campaigns clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and contribute to awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation.
* Manage day‑to‑day execution of global social media activities, including paid social campaigns.
* Work closely with the Content Manager and external partners to support content, PR, and event‑related digital initiatives.
* Support demand generation initiatives for the Sales team, including campaign activation and follow‑up.
* Adapt and localize campaigns for different markets to maximize relevance and impact.
* Stay up to date on digital marketing and marcom trends, tools, and best practices, proposing improvements and optimizations when relevant.
Performance, analytics, and optimization
* Track, analyze, and report on digital marcom performance using clear KPIs and dashboards.
* Translate data and insights into concrete actions to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
* Support database management and segmentation initiatives to improve targeting and campaign performance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including GDPR, in all digital marketing activities.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues related to marketing platforms and tools.
* Approximately 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing communications roles.
* Experience in B2B, technology, industrial, or complex product environments is highly valued.
* Hands‑on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, paid advertising, and performance analytics.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience working with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.G. HubSpot, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar).
* Solid understanding of UX optimization, social media strategy, and paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
* Familiarity with GDPR and data protection requirements in a marketing context.
* Strong communication skills in English;
Spanish is a strong plus.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into practical, actionable decisions.
* Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams>
* Well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Results‑oriented digital marketer with curiosity, creativity, and initiative.
* Detail‑oriented and solution‑focused, with a structured working approach.
* Maritime industry experience is not required.
