Accountabilities

* Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams, department heads, and stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
* Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve issues to maintain compliance and project timelines
* Ensure successful implementation of certifications and internal standards, setting benchmarks for quality and operational excellence
* Continuously improve compliance processes, tools, and reporting to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience in compliance management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on risk mitigation and problem-solving
* Strong understanding of compliance program development, policy implementation, and standards such as ISO27001
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency with modern web tools and project management platforms (e.g., Google Docs, Zapier, Linear)
