Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an **IT Field Service Engineer, based in Madrid, **who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service. It is responsible of identifying and receiving incidents on-site, and report/escalate them accordingly within the Service Organization.As **IT Field Service Engineer Spain **you are responsible for**:- Installation/migration and/or upgrades of products/IT solutions, including third parties used to build the infrastructure (i.E Oracle, Windows, UNIX)- To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)- Together with the project manager, evaluates the possible solutions during the implementation phase to meet the timing of the project itself- To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems- To cooperate with the R&D; to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis- To take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented project**What you bring to the table**:- University degree in IT science or Engineering- At least 2 years of professional experience in the similar position (service or support)- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system, SQL & Oracle database, Linux, Windows Servers- Strong communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers- Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus- Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills- Working experience in healthcare or hospital environment- Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally**Location**: Madrid region
