Full-Time Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

Are you a Google Ads professional who wants level-up their skills and work with companies in the US and Canada?
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will work directly with the CEO and senior strategist to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for multiple clients. You don’t need to know everything about Google Ads but you must be able to quickly learn and adapt.
REQUIREMENTS
* Reliable, High-Speed WiFi.
* Located in North America, Central/South America, or Europe.
* Available to work 30 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with 6 hours/day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
* 2+ years hands-on Google Ads Management experience managing multiple accounts in various niches with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively communicate data-driven decisions to clients and team members.
* Organized: Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently, juggling multiple campaigns and client priorities.
* Problem-Solver: Proactive account performance troubleshooting. Solution-oriented with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
* Continuous Learning: Eager for self-development, with a willingness to learn independently.
* “Get it done” attitude and efficient work style.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and support client accounts with monthly ad spend budgets from $2k-15k USD.
* Perform QA on campaign setups and post-launch activities.
* Utilize tools like TrueClicks, GA4, and LLMs for analysis and optimization.
* Monitor budgets and performance, making necessary optimizations.
* Set up, QA, and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
* Analyze ad campaigns to increase ROI and increase conversion rates.
* Keep up-to-date with Google Ads tactics.
* Assist with PPC related marketing content for our agency
* Participate in internal company marketing initiatives.
