Commercial & Institutional Client Solutions is the holding area responsible for the end-to-end business of companies, including customer experience and financial results in their respective segments, as well as the implementation of global and local initiatives.
Within this area, the Channels and Processes Unit seeks to provide a relational, reliable, agile, and omnichannel experience to clients and partners through digital channels, as well as ensuring simple, traceable, transversal, and digital processes.
As a member of the Solutions Development team, the selected person may be assigned to any project of the Unit according to strategic priority (reviewable quarterly), taking into account their skills and background when making their assignment, as well as their preferences whenever possible.
The selected person in this process will be part of the comprehensive transformation program of corporate channels (Web and App) driven from global, for the evolution of current functionalities of local channels to global functionalities transformed into new technologies. They will be responsible for leading the execution of work lines with the countries involved and organizing collaboration between countries for the construction of global functionalities. They must ensure the correct execution of the model and deliver functionalities on time and in form. They will also be leading channel transformation projects to include new capabilities on corporate channels, leading the phases of analysis, definition, co-creation, execution, and handover to clients.
Responsibilities:
* Lead developments at the global level.
* Ensure that countries define global and reusable functional solutions.
* Coordinate with stakeholders and geographies: gathering needs, prioritization, and responsibility for subsequent deployment.
* Lead the definition and implementation of new strategic capabilities of corporate channels.
* Keep the project on track, adhering to the budget and meeting its requirements.
* Ensure compliance with business KPIs.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with teamwork skills and ample doses of leadership, initiative, and autonomy. Communication skills and the ability to reach consensus are also necessary to work in a multidisciplinary environment in contact with global geographies and areas.
Qualifications:
* Higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
* Willingness to travel.
* English: minimum B2.
* Required knowledge of cash management and digital channels for companies.
* Required experience in liaising with countries and/or global projects.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
* Required 6-10 years of prior experience.
* Proficiency in macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems. High knowledge of the Office suite, as well as mobile app ecosystems and APIs.
