Role Overview
We need an enthusiastic Commercial & CVM Execution Sports with genuine passion for the sports betting industry and strong desire to learn who can support the execution of Spain's commercial and customer value strategies.
You will focus primarily on campaign execution and analysis whilst learning from experienced team members and developing your expertise in this competitive market.
You will support campaign execution, segmentation analysis, and performance reporting whilst learning about commercial strategy and competitive dynamics.
You will work closely with marketing teams and analytics functions, bringing energy and enthusiasm whilst developing your expertise in commercial and CVM operations.
Your willingness to learn, work hard, and grow will be essential as you build your career in the commercial team whilst supporting our ambition to achieve podium positioning in the Spanish sports market.
What You'll Do
Support execution of promotional campaigns across Spanish sports market, ensuring accurate delivery of campaign elements under guidance from the CVM and Commercial Senior Sports Manager.
Assist with segmentation analysis by conducting basic customer behaviour analysis and supporting targeting activities for Spanish players.
Help coordinate with local marketing teams to support seamless campaign delivery whilst developing cross-functional working relationships.
Monitor campaign performance and customer value metrics, learning to extract insights from data whilst supporting competitive analysis and reporting activities.
Support budget tracking activities, helping to monitor promotional spend and learning about efficient resource allocation in competitive markets.
Assist with CVM activities including lifecycle campaign execution, customer communication, and retention initiatives under supervision.
Maintain organised documentation and tracking systems to support transparency and learning across commercial and CVM activities.
Stay curious about Spanish sports betting market developments, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspective and enthusiasm.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating positive attitude and collaborative approach whilst learning from experienced professionals.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping to identify process enhancements and learning about innovative approaches to campaign delivery.
What You'll Bring
Genuine passion and interest in the sports betting industry essential, with curiosity about sports operations, player behaviour, and competitive strategies.
Spanish language fluency essential, with native or near-native proficiency for working in the local market context.
Positive attitude with excellent work ethic, eager to work hard, take on challenges, and support team objectives whilst learning from experienced colleagues.
Strong willingness to learn about commercial marketing, customer value management, and the competitive Spanish sports betting market.
Basic analytical aptitude with eagerness to develop data analysis skills and learn to extract insights from campaign and customer performance.
Excellent attention to detail with ability to support campaign execution accurately whilst learning to identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across teams and present information clearly whilst building professional relationships.

Interest in emerging technologies and how innovations might enhance commercial strategies and customer experiences.
