QSR multinational is looking for a Marketing Retail & Innovation Manager.
As a Marketing Retail & Innovation Manager, reporting directly to the Iberia Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and leading marketing strategies related to product portfolio and promotional innovation. Your goal is to ensure the brand remains relevant in Iberia and to meet business and profit growth targets. This role also plays a key part in business intelligence.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing marketing objectives, strategies, budgets, and plans in collaboration with the Head of Fame & Media Effectiveness and Head of Digital Marketing to achieve growth, revenue, and brand indicators.
2. Defining and executing product and pricing strategies across all channels, including designing an 18-month promotional calendar.
3. Collaborating with field operations and other functions, reporting on sales and marketing performance, and recommending corrective actions.
4. Leading market research projects, monitoring agency performance, and managing the insight ecosystem for business intelligence.
5. Managing menu board architecture and pricing to maximize sales velocity and profit.
6. Leading the menu vision from strategic definition to implementation, working on new concepts, categories, omnichannel relevance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Participating in key meetings with franchisees and cross-functional teams, providing business updates and planning details.
8. Leading and developing the team to achieve goals, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, and fostering growth and succession planning.
Qualifications include:
* 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing or business roles.
* Retail experience is highly desired.
