Overview
Senior Full Stack programmer responsible for designing, developing and leading robust, secure and scalable Full Stack solutions, ensuring top technical quality, correct system architecture and continuous technological evolution.
Responsibilities
* Design and technical leadership of architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability and alignment with the technological strategy.
* Full Stack development of end-to-end solutions, writing clear, efficient and reusable code aligned with quality standards.
* Define and enforce development standards and best practices (clean code, testing, security, documentation).
* Technical supervision and code review, validating design, quality, security and performance to maintain technical consistency.
* Ensure applications meet security (OWASP), performance and stability criteria, minimizing production risks.
* Technical leadership and mentoring of the team, guiding junior and mid-level developers with training and support for complex problems.
* Design and implementation of integrations with ERP, MES, BI and infrastructure, ensuring correct data communication and traceability.
* Management of CI/CD and automation, developing, maintaining and optimizing integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
* Critical incident resolution and advanced support, acting as a reference for complex production incidents, analyzing root causes and applying structural solutions.
* Monitoring of technical indicators and continuous improvement, defining, monitoring and analyzing area indicators to propose improvements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar.
* CFGS in Application Development (DAM/DAW) + consolidated experience.
* Master or specialized training in Software Architecture, Distributed Application Development, Cloud Computing.
* Technical certifications: Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud, development certifications (e.g., .NET, Java, Node, etc.).
* 5 years of experience in Full Stack development.
