Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

As the Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative business performance in a geographical area, a cornerstone of our company's strategic vision. This role demands a heightened level of investment and accountability, reflecting the critical importance of this area. You will orchestrate brand activities, direct channels, and off-retail strategies, seamlessly integrating them within our comprehensive B2B and B2C framework

Who we are looking for :
* Business Management Graduation
* Min 8Y of professional experience
* Exposed to both development and deployment positions
* Proven experience in selling plans to internal stakeholders & motivating Consumers / Trade
* Used to business model with B2B2C framework
* Experience in a complex business environment, with proven career evolution
* Ideally from FMCG, but not mandatory
* Strategic mindset
* Ability to see patterns in order to scale up strategic plans
* Consumer oriented
* Team Player and Team Motivator
* Strong ambition to grow&develop, with mobility
* Strong communication skills in both Spanish and Englis
* Spanish Driving license held for a year
