The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, planning, and execution of effective marketing campaigns, as well as providing ongoing support and monitoring. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* +4 years of experience.
* Experience in the design, development, planning, and execution of campaigns.
* Knowledge of campaign support and monitoring.
* Experience with inbound and outbound communications.
* Knowledge of PL/SQL.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience working with IBM Unica Campaign or Adobe Campaign.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of banking products.
* Analytical capabilities in measuring results and impact.
* Orientation towards efficiency and automation.
* Soft skills such as proactivity, teamwork, accountability, and innovative thinking.
* Understanding of KPIs, identifying improvements and opportunities.
* Vendor commitment, ability, and aptitude for teamwork.
