YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to secure and maintain a reliable network of certified partners that meet our operational, financial, and quality standards. From partner selection and homologation to contract negotiation and compliance monitoring, we ensure that every provider is prepared, accountable, and aligned with our service commitments. Our goal is to build strong, transparent relationships with providers, enabling efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations in each market.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Identify and homologate qualified providers to ensure readiness for current and future operations.
* Negotiate, formalize, and manage contracts including service conditions, SLA’s, and penalties for non-compliance.
* Maintain and update provider documentation to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.
* Validate services, costs, and penalties for accurate monthly invoicing and provider payment processing.
KEY ACTIVITIES
* Search, evaluate, and pre-select potential providers for future operations.
* Define and apply selection and homologation criteria for companies, vehicles, and drivers.
* Certify and issue homologation for approved providers.
* Negotiate and formalize contracts, SLA’s, and penalties; maintain updated pricing.
* Keep operator and contract data current in the BusUp Dashboard.
* Manage legal documentation, monitor expirations, and ensure compliance.
* Communicate contract, route changes, suspensions, or cancellations.
* Deactivate providers when necessary, ensuring secure system access removal.
* Provide documentation to clients or authorities upon request.
* Validate services, costs, and penalties for accurate monthly invoicing.
* Cost reduction: Constant market monitoring to identify cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality and safety.
SKILLS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
* +4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management (ideally within logistics, transportation, or mobility).
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP / SRM platforms.
* Knowledge of corporate mobility or fleet management is a plus.
* Experience negotiating service contracts, SLAs, and commercial conditions.
* Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and supplier homologation processes.
* Experience working with ERP / procurement platforms is a plus.
* Spanish Native / Portuguese is a plus.
