Join the opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare. Our Structural Heart (SH) business is leading innovation, transforming lives through Medtronic’s advanced technologies and therapies for heart valve disease. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth area where your work directly improves patient outcomes.This remote role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving adoption of our technologies—including TAVI and TPV products—and supporting the success of the Structural Heart business.Responsibilities may include:
Promoting and selling Medtronic’s products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Providing technical support during implant procedures in the operating room.Building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.Pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize benefits.Promoting education about the company's products and services.Conducting market research, including analyzing customer and competitor activities.Implementing market development plans and strategies, adjusting as needed.Communicating customer feedback on new or modified products to internal teams like R&D, Operations, and Marketing.Required Knowledge and Experience:
University degree in life sciences, engineering (biomedical, electrical, etc.), or relevant field.Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare/medical device industry.Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, writing).Computer literacy, a clean driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively.Experience working with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians, providing technical support in operating rooms.Experience in Cath lab procedures is highly valued. Strong communication skills, task management, motivation, and ability to build business relationships are essential. Self-motivation and ability to work independently are required.Physical Job Requirements
