Your mission :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive business growth in the public sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong relationships with government agencies and public institutions, and driving the adoption of our solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, strategic sales planning, and effective account management.
This is what you'll do at UiPath
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the public sector.
* Identify and engage with key stakeholders in government agencies, public institutions, and related organizations.
* Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
* Understand government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to the needs of public sector clients.
* Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitive landscape.
What you'll bring to the team
* Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large Public Companies.
* Successful quota attainment year-over-year, growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition and account expansion.
* High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally.
* Ability to work with a client organization and identify important people across many departments and different levels of leadership.
* Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance.
* Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accuracy in forecasting.
Fluency in English.
