Is it you? Read on!Responsibilities In this position you will be in charge of a team of entertainers, so you should not be afraid of organisational tasks. Of course, you will not be alone, but will work together with your area coordinator.Implementing the programme of daytime and evening activities (we have teams of 2-12 entertainers).Organising the schedules of the entertainersReporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.Following Acttiv's quality policyBeing aware of the needs of your team's entertainers.Attending and receiving training provided by the company.Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.Monitoring your team's time recordingTraining and evaluating your teamObtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishmentOf course, organisation is not everything: you will participate in shows, and interact with guests from all over the world.What are we asking for? At Acttiv we need a person who:Has previous experience of at least one season as entertainment manager.Has an excellent level of Spanish and English.
