About the Role Oversee all galley operations, maintaining six-star culinary standards.
Supervise daily food preparation and ensure impeccable presentation and quality across all dining services.
Lead and inspire a multicultural team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Maintain compliance with stringent health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Manage inventory, procurement, and food cost control to ensure efficiency.
Deliver excellence under high-pressure conditions, as there are no days off during the 4-month contract.
Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience in luxury cruise operations, such as six-star cruise lines.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
Willingness to cover the initial costs of certifications (STCW, Seaman's Book, C1D Visa, and medical exams).
