As an Inside Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on Opportunity Management, Quotation & Proposal Management, and Closing Activities for the French Market, based in Madrid.
You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle from initial interest through to booking and handover; collaborating with Outside Sales, Field Operations, and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, adhering to JCI’s standards and specifications.
How you will do
Our inside sales team work a queue of service technician leads, engage with customers to quote and secure orders for Labour and Materials.
* Make introduction calls to customers to identify needs, build quotes and close sales
* Produce quotes to our customers using correct local pricing tools
* Partner with local Field operation/ Sales team for upsell opportunities
* Engage with suppliers
* Provide excellent customer service, managing customer expectations and providing regular updates
* Make calls to secure orders within specific time frames
* Ad hoc admin tasks
What we are look for
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
* 3 Years’ minimum experience in Sales/estimation/Inside Sales or similar
* Product knowledge of JCI will be valued
* Sales experience with B2B knowledge
* Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set
* Languages: FRENCH, Spanish, English – fluent working knowledge
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload
* Customer empathy and solution-oriented mindset
* Creative thinking, flexibility, and collaboration
* Professionalism, timeliness, and determination
* High standards of integrity and accountability
