Product Manager, Control Tower - Quick Commerce
As part of the Delivery Hero Group, Glovo is a fast-growing app in Spain, connecting users with businesses and couriers for on-demand services in 1500+ cities across 25 countries. We support the Delivery Hero Group’s ecosystem with unique technologies from a Central Team based in Barcelona.
Your Mission
In this role, you’ll combine Glovo’s fast-paced culture with the reach and complexity of the Delivery Hero Group. You’ll be part of a Central Team in Barcelona, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that support the global ecosystem of the Group.
Responsibilities
* Own the Vendor Experience: Define and lead how vendors access, manage, and interpret their performance data and operational reports.
* Drive Collaboration: Partner with regional and business teams to understand vendor needs, align priorities, and translate them into product initiatives.
* Lead the Roadmap: Build and own the roadmap for vendor tools and reporting features, including setting success metrics, tracking outcomes, and iterating based on feedback.
Qualifications
* 7-9 years of product management experience building self-service tools or platforms.
* Strong experience in product management, ideally within platform or B2B tools.
* Ability to translate complex operational needs into intuitive product experiences.
* Collaborative mindset with experience working with diverse stakeholders across tech and business.
* Data-driven decision making and a clear understanding of how to measure success.
