Your role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in creating exceptional and personalized guest experiences. You will be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
What you will do:
Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalized experience from arrival to departure
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements promptly and professionally
Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored recommendations and services
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Manage guest feedback, resolving concerns with care and efficiency
Support VIP guests and special occasions with attention to detail
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction at all times
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting Nômade values in every interaction
Who we’re looking for :
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, attentive, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm approach
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude and team spirit
Requirements:
Previous experience in Guest Services or similar role in hospitality
Strong understanding of guest service standards
Experience handling guest requests and resolving issues
Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
