- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure the proper execution of commercial campaigns, visual merchandising, and product launches
- Control operational costs, stock levels, and inventory management to maximize efficiency
- Monitor compliance with customer service standards and corporate procedures
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Collaborate with central departments (Marketing, HR, Operations) to align local execution with overall strategy

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
