This includes leading the national sales team, driving consistent performance, strengthening key accounts and increasing adoption and treatment usage across clinics.Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the national sales strategy across the aesthetics portfolioLead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targetsOwn key account relationships with clinic owners, group operators and senior injectorsDrive new business acquisition alongside expansion of existing accountsLead commercial negotiations and secure agreements with high value customersDeliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecastsMonitor performance data and implement actions to improve revenue outcomesWork cross functionally with medical and marketing to support product adoption and launches Candidate Profile
