WHAT’S YOUR ROLE IN THIS ? You will
design and execute the full marketing strategy
in Spain, aligned with the company’s business goals. You’ll take the lead on launching and managing campaigns (online and offline), generating leads, nurturing customer relationships and supporting the brand’s positioning in the Spanish healthcare space. This is a cross-functional role, working closely with product, sales and design to ensure
brand consistency
and messaging impact. You’ll also be in charge of
monitoring marketing performance, managing the budget, and continuously optimizing based on results.
MORE PRECISELY, YOU WILL Define and lead the marketing strategy
for Spain, focusing on growth, revenue, and customer success. Design and execute
self-service marketing campaigns
that drive upselling and cross-selling through our platform. Oversee
multi-channel campaigns
(digital, content, email, SEO/SEM, automation) to acquire, engage, and retain customers. Optimize the
content and product experience
for AI-driven recommendation engines and assistant-based searches. Track
KPIs and ROI, manage budgets, and continuously optimize marketing performance. Collaborate with
product, sales, and design teams
to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives.
OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED ? +6 years of experience in a
strategic marketing role within the SaaS/tech industry
(B2B strongly preferred). Proven expertise in
demand generation, inbound marketing, and marketing automation. Strong experience with
CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics. Track record in
driving growth through product-led or self-service marketing initiatives. Ability to
optimize content for AI-driven responses
(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to maximize visibility and engagement.
