Job Description
As Marketing Manager, you will help globalize our marketing actions to generate leads worldwide and strengthen LittleBig Connection's brand visibility.
Your Main Missions
Strategy & Execution
Translate the global marketing strategy into operational action plans focused on lead generation and performance.
Deploy and monitor multichannel campaigns (emailing, SEO, social media, ABM).
Lead the globalization of marketing actions to ensure worldwide lead generation and visibility.
Manage the lead funnel across all channels (website, events, outbound) and ensure smooth handover of inbound contacts to Sales.
Cross‐Team Collaboration
Business Team Communication: Organize monthly meetings, manage reporting, collect field needs, and coordinate with Presales.
Product Team: Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to align messaging with product updates.
Mantu Expert Teams: Partner with Growth, Design, and PMM teams for campaigns and events.
Events
Define event strategy and targets (online/offline).
Manage event logistics, sponsorships, and post‐event follow‐up.
Coordinate internal/external interventions to enhance brand authority.
Campaigns & Content
Ensure synchronization between email marketing and outbound actions.
Manage internal and external newsletters.
Oversee prospect and client databases to ensure data quality and compliance.
Develop and distribute sales content (offers, decks, sales kits).
Performance & Reporting
Analyze marketing performance (KPIs, ROI).
Manage relationships with marketing partners and vendors.
Support Sales teams in lead qualification and nurturing.
Your profile
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with a data‐driven mindset.
Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing several stakeholders.
Passionate about innovation, tech, and the future of work.
