DISTRIBUTION MANAGER (F/M)

TDK Electronics Spain S.L.U is recruiting a Distribution Manager to develop sales in Spain and Portugal via its distribution network (permanent full-time contract – office in Madrid).
Mission
Responsible for business development via the distribution network in Spain and Portugal, working closely with end customers, the European distribution team and the Business Groups, you will propose and implement local strategies, monitor sales and projects, and provide technical and commercial support to distributors.
Directly reporting to your Department Manager, your main responsabilities will be:
- Proposing and implementing local sales strategies aligned with the group strategy and Business Groups.
- Continuously analysing distributors' needs and defining actions to optimise turnover.
- Leading and providing technical training to distributors, closely monitoring sales results and project progress.
- Deploy and monitor short/medium-term initiatives to increase sales (promotions, field actions, trade shows).
- Establish budgets, forecasts (OS expect, QRF, etc.), and real-time reporting (POS, CRM, MSR). Use CRM as a central platform and record all sales opportunities.
Profile
You have roughly 5 years of experience in B2B sales or distribution (ideally acquired in a company in the electronics sector) and are seeking a role with a high degree of autonomy and commercial and technical responsibility to showcase your technical skills in selling high-tech products.
You have a technical training in electronics or electrical engineering;
you speak and write fluently Spanish and English and you are proficient in Excel and CRM tools. Dynamic, persuasive and passionate, you have a results-driven culture, you are committed to service and have a sharp sense of human contact. You also demonstrate your capacity of adaptation and evolution.
Compensation
The compensation will depend on your experiences and competences. This compensation is split in a fixe portion paid on 15 months and a variable portion which represents roughly 20% of the total compensation + company car.
