You will assist customers of a integral luxury fashion brand providing exceptional support across various channels (phone email chat).

Schedule : Rotational shifts Monday Sunday between 08 : 00 19 : 00
Languages : Finnish (C2 / native) English (B2-C1)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients for a top fashion brand
- Assist customers with product questions orders returns style advice and brand services
- Offer solutions with empathy professionalism and brand passion
- Manage inquiries via phone email and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures
Requirements
- Native / Fluent Finnish (C2)
- Strong English communication skills (B2-C1)
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for fashion
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends
- Must be based in Málaga or willing to relocate
