Account Manager (Swedish-speaking) - Hybrid - High Tech HT05

As a Swedish‐speaking Account Manager in Malaga (Hybrid), you will be part of our team of game‐changers, driving revenue and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You Will Do
Manage partner pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive profitable deal closures
Understand partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest
Create partner loyalty, drive partner competencies and certifications in BU products
Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events & programs
Collaborate with partners to generate revenue via campaigns and opportunity identification
Provide transparency of qualified opportunities and help close large deals when needed
Work closely with telemarketing, end‐user sales teams and other key resources to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction
Monitor partner marketing plan execution, investment, co‐marketing reviews and ROI
Attend country partner events and meet key partners
Qualifications
Bilingual or proficient in Swedish and English
Two years of related technical sales experience preferred
Familiar with channel programs
Excellent negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong motivation to achieve goals and prioritize work
Good judgment and problem‐solving skills when making decisions
Ability to establish an action plan and achieve goals independently
It Would Be a Plus If You Have
Experience working in a channel environment, and knowledge of partners and distributors

Full‐time 39‐hour work week, permanent contract: Mon‐Fri 09:00‐18:00
Salary 23,400 € gross per year + up to 7,200 € gross per year in bonuses + private medical insurance
