Role Overview As an Account manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Dutch companies, guiding them in optimizing their online advertising strategies.
You will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities through digital campaigns, meeting sales targets, and supporting team success across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic support for clients' digital advertising campaigns Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performance Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement Deliver consultative support to clients and maintain strong business relationships Stay current on industry trends and tools Candidate Requirements C1-minimum Dutch proficiency Fluent in English (spoken and written) Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 6 to 12 months of experience in online advertising or PPC campaigns (preferred) 6 to 12 months of experience in outbound sales, ideally B2 B (preferred) Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing and sales Start Date Flexible What We Offer Full-time role (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday Permanent contract Competitive salary: €23,000 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience) Performance-based bonus: Up to €3,000 – €3,500 gross/year Hybrid working model (based in Barcelona) Relocation support: flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and private health insurance assistance Paid initial training in digital marketing and sales Ongoing coaching and professional development Clear career progression opportunities within the company Engaging and collaborative work environment Team-building activities and internal recognition programs How to Apply If this opportunity aligns with your background and goals, we encourage you to apply.
