Native Teams is a leading global platform that provides streamlined work payments, employment, and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers.
We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries,
* Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports,
* Check payroll reports and confirm them before they are declared to legal authorities for assigned countries,
* Follow up payroll inputs from various source,
* Control employee expenses and ensure that payments are made by checking whether they comply with the legal rules of the relevant country,
* Preparing payroll backup for the invoicing processes,
* Being open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conducts research and manages the processes.
* Correspondence with local accountants,
* Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in payroll operations, payroll administration, or a similar role
* Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and analyzing KPIs
* Proficiency in payroll software and tools;
familiarity with process automation is a plus
* Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between payroll and customer-facing teams
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
* Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards in a payroll or customer service context
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis
* Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
