We are currently looking for Project Manager professional to join large EPC Lump Sum and Turnkey project in Algeria, under Engineering execution in Madrid. These position will have long-term assignments on site.
It is one of the most important refining projects currently underway in the country and in Técnicas Reunidas.
Main responsibilities of the position:
Reporting to Project Director. Along with PD, established and follow up detailed program.
Interface with the client.
Coordination with the Project Engineering Team as well as the different areas of Engineering, Procurement team and Construction team to assure the goal achievement, schedule, costs, quality, good communication between all project team, etc.
To identify the necessary resources.
To issue the Project execution Plan and Coordination Plan.
To ensure the knowledge of available contractual documents as well as applicable requirements from PMT and leaders.
Cost Control
Management of materials and equipment.
Responsible for the Budget of your scope.
Responsible for ensuring the Project Completion on time and budget of your scope.
Management of change orders and claims
To apply the lessons learned system
To warranty that company procedures, to be applied in the project.
To ensure the application of the quality plan.
Coordinate and monitor daily construction activities on site.
Promote and ensure HSE compliance on site.
Required profile and experience
Available to travel and be relocated to Site (Algeria) afther some months in Madrid.
MSc or BSc Degree in Engineering (all specialties).
Around 17-18 years experience on engineering, procurement and construction phase of the projects.
International experience.
17 years as a minimum experience as Project Management working on EPC/EPCM/FEEDs Projects. Oil and Gas (upstream and Downstream), LNG, Chemistry and Petrochemical Industry.
Minimum 4 years experience as a Project Manager
High level of English (C1). Negotiation English level essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Management and coordination skills.
Communication with the customer.
