Business Analyst
Description - Join HP's Pricing Analytics COE to shape how we market and price products globally. As a Business Analyst you’ll deliver actionable insights, drive data‑driven decisions and act as a consultant for country teams running deep analyses and supporting the implementation of local actions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze market and pricing data for country teams identifying trends and improvement areas
* Provide consulting support to country stakeholders translating insights into clear recommendations
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting
* Present findings and support execution of action plans
* Track impact and refine strategies based on results
Requirements:
* 3 years experience in Business Analysis
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI
* Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills
* Good presentation skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or related field
* English proficiency
Bonus:
* Experience with DataBricks, Machine Learning solutions, pricing and project management certifications
