We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support the delivery and optimisation of enterprise CRM solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse operational processes and design effective Dynamics-based solutions that support complex organisational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements discovery with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Analyse current business processes and conduct fit-gap assessments to define configuration and enhancement opportunities within the platform.
- Lead workshops and functional design discussions across areas such as CE, Finance or Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution delivery including configuration, integrations, testing, data migration and deployment.
- Produce clear functional documentation including solution designs, process maps and user guidance.
- Support system rollouts and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth adoption and system performance.
- Provide guidance to business users and contribute to knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
- Identify potential delivery risks and contribute to mitigation and change management planning.
- Stay informed on platform developments and recommend improvements that maximise the value of the Dynamics ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
- Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations in a Functional Consultant capacity.
- Strong understanding of core Dynamics modules within Customer Engagement, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience leading business analysis, requirements gathering and functional solution design.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations, from discovery through to post-go-live support.
- Exposure to system integrations and legacy platform connectivity is beneficial.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are advantageous.
