Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of chefs in daily food preparation and service
- Ensure top-tier food quality, taste, and presentation across all meals
- Monitor budgets, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Enforce HACCP and general public health standards at all times
- Collaborate with senior chefs on menu execution, recipe development, and training
- Conduct daily tastings, kitchen walkthroughs, and guest feedback follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in professional kitchens, with 3 years in a leadership role
- Background in luxury hospitality or
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
- Fluent in English and familiar with computer-based inventory and planning systems
- HACCP and STCW certifications (or willingness to complete them)
