We're looking for a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our team at The Pool Marbella, the premier co-working community in the heart of Marbella.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional front desk support, warmly welcoming all members and guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
* Manage all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt, courteous responses
* Oversee daily reception operations, including check-ins, visitor management, and meeting room coordination
* Maintain accurate records and manage bookings through our co-working management software
* Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and facilities
* Stock and prepare meeting rooms for events, update agendas, and inform team members of upcoming bookings
* Support event coordination and community gatherings to foster an engaging member experience
* Collaborate across departments (marketing, accounting, IT) to ensure seamless operations
* Cultivate a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects our community values
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in reception, hospitality, guest relations, or customer service
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset
* Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written);
ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking maintenance and security staff is essential
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general office software
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Flexibility to work occasional Saturday events as needed
