This role will support programs and projects that drive environmental and social impact across the organization, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals and corporate values.Responsibilities:Organize volunteering activities and manage relationships with NGOs in our main offices.Promote and manage the Corporate Volunteering Platform to encourage employee engagement.Support the decarbonization plan, including reducing, measuring, and reporting carbon footprint.Assist in maintaining the Sustainable Hotel Database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Provide support in preparing the ESG Report and coordinating the audit process.Skillset and Experience Required:Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with high-quality written and verbal communication abilities.Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn and grow in the field of sustainability.Proactivity: Self-driven, curious, and eager to take initiative.Passion for ESG: Appreciation of environmental and social topics and commitment to making a positive impact.At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, embracing different backgrounds, perspectives, and talents.
