What You’ll Do
* Establish relationships with dealers and strategic customers to build a strong network in Great Britain, Wales, Ireland and Scotland
* Lead and manage UK budgets, strategy and execution
* Develop and maintain positive business relationships
* Work with Stark Future’s global team to create new innovative sales and marketing tools for the dealer network
* Inspire people to ride the Stark VARG
* Attend and lead important demos, racing events and expos in your area
* Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy for the territory
* Achieve agreed sales targets within given timeframes
* Motivate and educate partners regarding Stark Future’s products
* Help dealers achieve 100% compliance with Stark Future dealership standards
* Analyse market potentials, track and optimise sales in your region
* Respond promptly to partners via email and phone
* Align and cooperate with relevant departments within Stark Future’s organisation
* Challenge the status quo and propose improvements where possible
* Operate with a safety‑first mentality in all areas of business operation
