Join Our Mission :
Ideally located in Spain or North Portugal (close to an international airport: Madrid, Barcelona, Porto...), you will be in charge of implementing the sales strategy, cultivating sales opportunities, and finalizing deals with our Portuguese and Spanish clients. To achieve your goals, you will conduct a complete market analysis to define the appropriate sales strategy, regularly visit clients and prospects, and attend trade shows relevant to our business.
Occasional trips to the headquarters in the south of France are expected to attend Sales Meetings (twice a year) and to accompany your clients to the test center.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Southern Europe), you will join a multicultural team (6 people) responsible for developing business activity in Southern Europe. To assist you in the successful completion of your mission, you can rely on the team spirit of your peers, as well as the support and commitment of your colleagues based at headquarters (Applications, test center, sales administration, etc.).

Qualities we seek :
* Technical sales or Engineering educational background
* Knowledge of industrial processes, ideally in waste management and plastics recycling, to offer guidance to our clients.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales territories and key accounts.
* Experience in selling large capital equipment.
* Proficient in CRM systems (SalesForce).
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English for customer interaction and internal coordination (engineering, customer service, back-office, test center, etc.).
* A good Portuguese proficiency would be an asset to achieve your mission.
