Main functions:
- Coordinate domestic export shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.- Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with regulations.- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.- Track and trace shipments, providing updates and proactive solutions.- Maintain accurate records in Expeditors’ systems.- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Transcon department.- Meet compliance at all times with internal and external regulations in accordance with government requirements.- Understand department process flow and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.- Ensure all customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and updated in the DLSOP system.- Meet KPI standards in accordance with the company’s procedures.Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or export operations required.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Requirements:
- Studies:
