Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on Exchange Online & SharePoint Online.
Manage tickets and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving user issues efficiently.
Assist with administration, configuration, and user management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and best practices.

Requirements:
Mid-level experience (not beginners, but no deep expertise required).
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online & SharePoint Online.
Experience with on-premises Exchange and SharePoint is a bonus.
Ability to work in a service desk environment, handling tickets & requests.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
