THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our RtR Accountant, you play a critical role in delivering accurate month‑end close activities, statutory reporting, and audit support. You will collaborate closely with business partners, operate core finance systems, and support compliance and transformation initiatives within Coty’s global finance organization.
You will be reporting to the RtR Manager, and you will manage:
1. Month‑End Close & Reporting
1. Support month‑end close, quarterly reporting, and corporate submissions
2. Track MEC tasks, perform basic validations, and prepare internal statistics
3. Ensure adherence to Coty quality and timing standards
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required data
5. Support continuous improvement of reporting processes
2. Statutory & Compliance Activities
6. Prepare official monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics for INE
7. Validate data accuracy and perform basic reconciliations
8. Support Plastic Tax compliance and monthly submissions
9. Assist with statutory reporting and EINF requirements
10. Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
3. Finance Operations & Stakeholder Support
11. Create Purchase Orders in SAP or internal systems and monitor approvals
12. Validate basic accounting coding in line with Coty procedures
13. Act as main point of contact for Travel & Expenses policy queries
14. Coordinate with HR and Shared Services on discrepancies or system issues
15. Support internal and external audits, including SOX reviews

Your skills and experience include:
16. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting department
17. Fluent English
18. Advanced Excel skills
19. Experience with SAP (preferred)
20. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
21. Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines
22. High attention to detail and accuracy
23. Strong communication skills
24. Team‑player mindset with ability to work independently
