Join Deutsche Bank Technology in Spain as a Client Services Manager. Apply ITIL practices to lead incident, change and problem management, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate reporting to safeguard critical services across the bank’s technology landscape.
Responsibilities
1. Manage incidents, changes and problems with a strong focus on restoring service quickly for clients.
2. Work with teams to understand client impact and drive actions that prevent issues from happening again.
3. Create reports that show service trends, client impact and areas where we can improve.
4. Use ITIL practices where helpful to guide processes and support stable and reliable services.
5. Ensure that our processes follow regulatory requirements and internal controls that protect our clients.
Skills
6. Strong analytical skills and practical experience assessing incidents, changes and problems with clear client impact.
7. Proven communication skills and solid experience giving clear, timely updates to support service recovery.
8. Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and experience applying controls in daily processes.
9. Good working knowledge of ITIL practices and the ability to use them to guide stable service delivery.
10. Experience managing user access, creating profiles and assigning roles across key systems is a strong plus.
11. Very fluent in English.
