Overview
This is your opportunity to operate as a true strategic partner to Bacardi’s business operations in the Europe region. As the Regional Market Supply Chain Director, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support significant company growth across Europe. You will be a key member of the leadership team and interact closely with both the commercial and operational teams to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

Responsibilities
* Regional Supply Chain Strategic Plan : Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product supply chain strategic plan for Europe that will support growth and optimize customer engagement while enhancing overall business profitability.
* European Leadership Team Member : Actively participate as a key member of the European leadership team, providing insights, solutions, and strategies to drive growth and operational excellence across the entire region, ensuring successful delivery of the Regional Strategic Plan.
* Ultimate Responsibility : for delivering operational excellence and Supply Chain performance in the markets in the different SC functions CSR, Demand, Logistics. Some of the main KPIs include Service, Distribution cost, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory management, Innovation management.
* Strategic Business Partner : for Managing Directors responsible in those markets, ensuring meeting business objectives and driving the Supply Chain agenda.
* Monthly Performance Cycles : Key point of contact for Cluster monthly cycles, ensuring clear visibility to stakeholders, while driving SC agenda and priorities with the stakeholders.
* Partnership with Europe Center of Excellence : to develop clear initiatives roadmap to ensure operational excellence in Europe, by challenging the status quo, scanning the market, and focusing on delivering value, optimizing cost & working capital.
* Customer Service : Drive initiatives that position Customer Service as a strategic growth enabler by enhancing key customer relationships, optimizing processes and technology, and leveraging a Center of Excellence with differentiated services to drive efficiency, consistency, and value creation.
* Demand Planning & S&OP process : Ensure effective demand planning processes are in place, and S&OP is driven optimally to support growth, increase profitability, and support key business decisions.
* Logistics Management : Oversee logistics operations, including contract management, cost monitoring, and compliance to ensure financial efficiency and service delivery.
* Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Drive the Brand Innovation Process and facilitate new product launches. Implement a culture of continuous improvement to refine supply chain processes.
* Inventory Management : Ensure DIOH targets are relevant vs distributor contractual terms, monitor stock levels, identify root causes of deviations, and report material deviations with resolution plans.
* Team Organization and Development : Responsible for organization design, team efficiency, talent development, and succession planning. Develop team engagement continuously.
* Regulation : Ensure compliance with regulations related to Supply Chain activities within the region, establishing policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Skills
Experience: Broad Supply Chain experience, ideally customer-focused, with over 10 years of success in demand planning, customer service, warehousing, and logistics across European markets. Leadership experience, multilingual abilities (English, French, Spanish), and knowledge of SAP, VMI, WMS are preferred. Experience in consumer goods and spirits is highly desirable.
Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performance teams across cultures and geographies. Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
