GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude code) to accelerate development and share best practices with the team.Own the SDLC using IaC (Terraform) to blue‐green deployments and manage preview environments.Continuously profile and tune latency, cost, and performance.Design LLM‐powered features and agents using LangChain or MCP‐compliant frameworks, integrating retrieval, memory and tool‐use patterns.Uphold clean‐code & domain‐driven design, mentoring peers through thoughtful PR reviews.Recognise and propose solutions for scaling weaknesses, performance bottlenecks and security risks.Qualifications6+ years building production software.Deep expertise in at least one of TypeScript, Kotlin or Java.Proven experience running containerised or serverless workloads in AWS, GCP or Kubernetes.Fluency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).Familiarity with working in a UNIX‐based environment.You communicate clearly in English and thrive on feedback loops.You care about outcomes, not just tickets.Nice‐to‐have superpowersExperience with GitOps.Full‐stack chops with React / Next.Js.Hands‐on with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) or autonomous agent frameworks / tools (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, n8n).MLOps or data‐engineering experience (Kubeflow, SageMaker, Feast).Passion for mentoring and tech‐community talks.Additional InformationRemote‐first culture with flexible schedules and core hours.Learning budget and career plan.An international and diverse environment where you matter.An amazing, agile, cross‐functional team to work with.Goal oriented work.Adaptable work hour.#J-18808-Ljbffr
