Job Description
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and reports to stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Account Manager should have:
* A proven track record in sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* A self-motivated attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
* Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing market within Perth.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
